Beginner training plan

Your first lessonFor beginners we take baby steps. Football is a very taxing and difficult sport so small mistakes from the beginning can’t happen. The teaching during this time is critical

Lesson 11+Honestly after 10 sessions or so, the athlete should start drastic improvements on technical skills, football IQ. Repetition and muscle memory will start to build and grow as an athlete!

How it works

Advanced training plan

Your first lessonGet a good understanding of their abilities and goals and shape and structure our plan based on the athletes goal.

Lesson 11+After 10 lessons I plan on having a relaxed practice plan where I can look at the individual almost as my equal. We will talk through what the athlete’s tendencies are good or bad how to improve and also giving out instruction to some of my under-experienced athletes.

Lesson 4-10Lots of hands on work. After my experienced players have been through a couple trainings, I plan to lace up my cleats with the athletes to give them collegiate athlete competition and guidance.

Lesson 2-3FILM! My advanced players will receive recordings and example videos of how technical skills are supposed to look and how to excel at their craft.
