Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFor the first lesson for beginners, we will do intro to football and focus on light conditioning and endurance. I highly encourage proper hydration and stretching beforehand.
Lesson 11+By lesson 11 each beginner should be game day ready!
Lesson 4-10Lessons 4th through 10th, we will dive into depth of football techniques and football safety
Lesson 2-3The second and third lesson will focus on speed, agility and football 101.
What you need to bringCleats, water long enough to last a session, dress according to the weather and I can-do attitude!
What I can bringI will be providing all equipment. This includes speed and agility equipment, footballs and cones.
