Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThe first lesson will be an evaluation for both me and the player. We will get to know each other and make sure we are both a good fit. Every player is different and every program will be different. The lesson will consist of active stretching, speed training, fitness test, football drills and knowledge sharing.
Lesson 2-3After determining ability, the fitness and knowledge will grow while continuing stretching and speed training. Then specific position fundamentals and drills will begin.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonBrief understanding of each others ability to ensure we are a good fit. Then active stretching, fitness tests, strength training to start. From there specific drills to start work on any weaknesses.
Lesson 2-3As we continue to work on weaknesses, we will also grow in strengths as a position player. While ensuring the knowledge and confidence of the sport is also continuing to expand.
Youth players
Working with kidsEnsuring that having fun is at the forefront, while challenging the child in fitness and knowledge.
Working with teenagersEnsuring the teens basic fundamentals and knowledge are at the highest level.
