Coach D.J. was amazing with my son. In just one session, my son learned new techniques for football, and walked away with so much more enthusiasm and self-confidence in his abilities. DJ is an amazing coach! He worked with my 15 year old son on strengthening and conditioning, blocking, agility, and overall lineman skills. He not only worked on physical skills, but on the mental part of football as well. DJ made a huge difference for my son and I can't recommend him highly enough!!

If you need to cancel your lesson, no worries! You can get a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of making your booking. We want to make the process as hassle-free as possible for you.

And if you simply want to reschedule your lesson, change the date and time, or adjust the number of students joining, we've got you covered there too. You can easily make these changes within 24 hours of booking, and up to 72 hours before your lesson starts.

My first year playing football was in 1996 when I was just 8 years old. I went on to become a high school starter by my sophomore year. By my senior year 2006, I was ranked the #1 High School football player in the state of Nebraska and earned numerous scholarship offers. I embarked on a full scholarship to the University of Nebraska and went on to play 3 years in the National Football League (NFL). Since retiring, I have focused on coaching where I have developed the skills and mindset for athletes as young as 8 years old and up to NFL Players. I have a huge love for the game of football. My experience helps players unlock their potential through strategic coaching and a positive environment. Let's build success together on and off the field!
