Coach Smith trained me like I was already in college every drill every rep it all had a reason he didn’t do a drill for looks I walked in raw but I left better because of him

Coach Smith definitely knows the game and pushes guys to improve, no doubt. But sometimes it felt like his style didn’t fit everyone. He’s intense, which works for some, but others might shut down.
