I currently play High school basketball and I wanted to become stronger and develop my game so that I can play Varsity this year coming up. I feel less winded in games and I have been jumping higher since I started this Summer.

Coach Jonathan was very helpful in getting me ready for my first ever padded football camp. I never played football before and I was nervous about starting in high school. I ended up crushing the camp and got to play with the 15u instead of the 13u.

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFoundation and Footwork. First lesson is all about getting to know you and how I can best serve you. We do that by doing some basic footwork skills and fundamentals that are essential for almost every play.
Lesson 11+By now we will be on a routine. First lesson of the week we will work on stance and footwork, followed by run game footwork. Then we will do pass game footwork. Then we will finish with some conditioning. Second lesson of that week, we will start with on the field “film study”. After a quick walk thru we will do a lite conditioning that translates to your position and then we will finish with some more “film study” so that you have to think process while fatigued.
Lesson 4-10The following lessons will be a continuation of the previous lessons. As you progress I will add more physically demanding challenges and as your knowledge of the game grows I will challenge you with questions and different looks.
Lesson 2-3The next few lessons we will start with footwork and Foundation as the only way it will stick is if we practice it. We will also begin adding more advanced movements that are going to help enhance the basic movements. We will also begin learning the game of football(film study). This is where we break down the game of football and where I begin to introduce defensive responsibilities such as being gap sound and offensive responsibilities such as alignment and assignment.
