About your football coach
With over 17 years of experience in football and high-performance training, I help athletes and professionals maximize their physical and mental potential. I competed at the collegiate level and went on to play professional football in the NFL and CFL, gaining firsthand experience in elite, high-pressure environments. Today, I work as a performance expert focused on strength, conditioning, movement efficiency, and accountability. My coaching blends proven training systems, discipline, and individualized programming to help clients build strength, confidence, and long-term results—whether they’re athletes or high performers looking to level up.
