Kevin’s training is seriously next level! I wasn’t sure what to expect at first, but the results have been insane. Every workout is actually fun, and I feel way stronger and faster than before. Now I can run longer, lift heavier, and crush push-ups like never before. I’ve built muscle, lost fat, and just feel way more energized overall. Totally worth it!

Kevin pushes me to work harder than I ever could on my own. He takes me through a variety of strength, speed and conditioning drills with energy and humor.
Workouts are intense and fun, and give me terrific endurance, strength and power for other sports.

After talking with Kevin about my goals, eating habits, and overall lifestyle, he put me on a diet and workout plan that completely changed how I eat and exercise. I didn’t even realize how out of shape I was until I started his program—it was a total wake-up call. He pushed me way past what I thought I could do, and over time, I started getting stronger and building up my endurance. It was tough, but honestly, so worth it!

Kevin is awesome at keeping the workouts fresh and not boring. He pushes me way harder than I’d ever push myself at the gym, but in a way that actually makes me want to keep going. I’ve already seen a huge difference in my strength and endurance, and I feel healthier than ever! Workouts are the perfect mix of tough, fun, and super effective—I’m seriously loving it!

I love the varied workouts, being outside and working with a trainer who pays attention to form and ability. Kevin is great at personalizing your workout so you see results FAST!
