Beginner training plan

Your first lessonFirst 15-20 minutes will be throwing the ball with your child and getting to know them and see what position they want to play or learn. Then the next 40 minutes will be learning the basics on whatever position it is. Fundamentals is always good to start with and learning how to enjoy the game.

Lesson 11+This is where we will see boys and girls become top stars. These will be more mental type workouts to show if they can keep up with real game situations. Tempo work. I will want to get kids to do 1 on 1’s with each other to learn and improve with each other. This is a great way for parents to see their child’s improvement against another child who is also working with me.

Lesson 4-10These lessons will be more foot work, reading with your eyes, coverages, speed work, route running, tackling and getting into the grove of fast pace work.

Lesson 2-3These lessons will be more progressive type lessons. Seeing how you develop into the role of your position. We will get to see a bit of progress then will move into learning how to move on the ball.

Youth players

Working with kidsWorking with kids will be great. Teaching the next generation of players is great. Kids I will go more easy on due to them maybe first trying out the sport and are more in that learning process.

Working with teenagersWorking with teenagers will be great as well. Some teenagers have been playing this sport for a few years and may need a bit work on some skills and I will be helping.

How it works

What you need to bringStudents should bring an open mind. My workouts may not be something your used to learning. Bring water as well. Bring a get better mindset or a learning mindset. Always be a professional as well.

What I can bringI can bring knowledge of the game. Examples Wide Receivers: Release, Route Running, Hand eye coordination, reading a cornerback. Quarterbacks: Foot work, ball placement, controlling the offense, learning how to throw, reading defenses, and pocket presence. Running backs: blocking, hitting your gap, route running, foot work, reading the gaps, get off speed, and ball handling. Defensive Ends: Footwork, three point stance, power, conditioning, getting off the line, hand placement, and tackling. Cornerbacks/Safety’s: Jamming the receivers, how to read the quarterbacks eyes while staying with your man, blitzing, footwork, speed, trusting your mind, how to cause penalties, and hand placement. Linebackers: controlling the defense, hitting the gaps, coverage, tackling, speed, footwork, and eye coordination.

I am a 20-year-old with over 10 years of experience playing football and a strong passion for coaching and mentoring young athletes. Throughout my playing career, I earned multiple awards and developed a deep understanding of the game across several positions I know very well. I specialize in creating personalized training plans to help athletes improve in key areas such as quarterback footwork and ball placement, running back vision and gap-hitting, wide receiver route running and cuts, and defensive back coverage techniques. My goal is to not only develop players’ skills but also to instill confidence, discipline, and a love for the game. I am dedicated to helping each athlete reach their full potential on and off the field.
