I played competitive tennis for years. I never had any formal physical fitness training. 6 years ago, at age 68, I started training with a personal trainer. His name is Marquell Reddick. My training has focused on strength and balance exercises. As we age balance and stability become more important and this has helped me significantly. Marquell listens to me and explains the purpose of the exercises and the muscles involved. I'm very satisfied with Marquell as my trainer.

I have been training with Marquell for several years and he is amazing. He is patient, kind, knowledgeable, and extremely understanding. He listens to his clients. He builds workouts based off his clients’ goals, health, and limitations. He offers both in-person and virtual sessions. The virtual sessions have been great for me since I often workout in between meetings.

Marquell really takes the time to understand your goals and builds workouts that actually make sense for you. He’s patient, encouraging, and know how to push you without it feeling overwhelming. Training with them has made me feel stronger, more confident, and way more consistent.
