Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThe first lesson would focus on conditioning,agility training , strength, and the knowledge of the sport
Lesson 11+From there remaining lessons they will have the overall skill sets to develop and work on their skills and crafts of their position
Lesson 4-10By the fourth lesson they will be able to understand the position with proper form and technique .There development should be progressing
Lesson 2-3We would work on the basic and fundamental skills of the position.from blocking ,catching,running,throwing, tackling,technique
