Beginner training plan

Your first lessonThe first lesson will be to see where they are at skillfully. Where there flaws are so we can attack those. Starting off with simple things. Also Getting to know them as well and seeing what type of player they are

Lesson 11+At this point the students will be another player. More confident and fluent. Really pushing them at this point trying to break there limits to become even better. This will be a mental thing, growth starts with knowing WHO YOU ARE.

Lesson 4-10By here the students should be confident in himself, in his hands,feet,speed, route running. Continuing to floss and tweak some things, adding some real game situation drills, some 1 on 1 with another player.

Lesson 2-3By then we they’re should be some improvement, not expecting a big jump but the tips I gave added into there training and more confidence in movement, footwork, and especially hands off the line and catching the ball.

Youth players

Working with kidsKnowing them personally, being able to help them get the most out of the training by adapting to they’re way of knowing how to intake information and making it fun for them

I earned my spot on varsity as a sophomore and finished my senior year with 880 receiving yards, 57 receptions, 10 touchdowns, 200 special‑teams yards, and 73 tackles. I built my game on sharp routes, strong hands, and a relentless work ethic. Now, I channel that same mindset into coaching.
