Footwork Foundation (0:08–0:20)

Throwing Mechanics (0:20–0:35)
• Grip + stance check
• No-step throws
• One-step throws
• Short-distance full motion throws
Accuracy + Timing Drills (0:35–0:50)
• Stationary target throws

• Two-cone window throws
Pocket Movement (0:50–0:58)
