Your first lessonWe will start with stance either DB or LB.
Backpedal for DB, Stem Pedal for a DB
LBs will learn stance, gaps, action flow of Rbs
Lesson 4-10DB- Press Fundamentals
LB- Tackling, Pass Coverage Key Reads
Lesson 2-3DB- Stem Pedal, Stem Weave, Plant foot, Change of Directuon out of pedal. Start to transition to opening hips when back pedaling.
