Beginner training plan

Your first lessonI focus on learning the student’s goals, teaching proper stance and basic movements, and running simple drills that build comfort and confidence right away.

Lesson 11+Focus on advanced drills, refining technique, and personalized training. Students work on decision-making, confidence, and goal-driven performance.

Lesson 4-10We progress into more challenging drills, controlled practice scenarios, and applying skills in game-like situations. By lesson 10, students should feel more confident, consistent, and ready for the next level.

Lesson 2-3We review the fundamentals, add in new beginner drills, and work on rhythm, timing, and consistency so the student starts building muscle memory.
