Beginner training plan

Your first lesson- Discuss the desires of the client - Set a schedule for training and development - Light workout to observe capabilities - Provide Feedback and homework

Lesson 2-3- Complete warmups - Work on Speed and plyometrics - Generate focused area training i.e. footwork, hand fighting, breaks, throwing motion/stance, reading coverages, breakdown to attack, etc - Depending on age group, access football knowledge

Lesson 4-10- Physical training geared toward specific needs that build quick twitch muscle while also using more mental agility pre-snap - Continuous reps that reenforce the previous week’s work. - “Mid-Term” quiz on specified areas to ensure information is retained not just regurgitated
