Beginner training plan

Your first lessonDiscovery information on experience if any with the game or equipment. Work on basics such as grip and stance.

Lesson 11+Progressive building of the swing and working through basics with entire bag and different uses for each club.

Lesson 4-10These lessons will add a ball to the swing path to give feedback on club face contact.

Lesson 2-3Apply basics each lesson and work on swing movements without ball striking.
