The lesson was quite helpful, especially her patience and detailed feedback on each stroke. Though it felt a bit awkward at times, I appreciated her encouragement. LESSON_HIGHLIGHT: She watched carefully and reassured us that persistence pays off. Still, I think trying nine holes on a golf course would give a better sense of how what we learned translates to real play. If you're thinking about it, I think Ciesta offers an amazing opportunity to improve your game.

I highly recommend Ciesta for golf training sessions for golfers at all levels. As a new golfer, she was extremely patient and caring in each of our sessions. Her golf knowledge is in depth but she’s still able to simplify the game for new golfers to comprehend. She has a special way with communicating the technical parts of the game without being overwhelming. The sessions are also fun and enjoyable! She has put so much heart and soul into her love for golf. Working with her has literally changed my perspective of golf and gave me more confidence in my game. How it works

Goals: Learn grip, stance, posture, alignment and basic etiquette. Drills Grip/stance repetition without a ball / then with ball Learn the pendulum motion 3-6 foot putting practice Alignment drill with stick on ground Short Game - Introduce chipping and pitching Learning the difference between the two. Learning the basic chipping swing Ball placement for chipping Practicing small swing(like a bigger putt) Chip towards a target - focusing on contact not distance

Lesson 11+Goals: Put all skills together in real play Develop pre-shot routine Confidence with all clubs (commit and hit) Scoring mindset (course management and club distanced) Play 9 holes with focuses on fairways and greens Scramble format with a partner Up and down challenge (1 chip + one putt)

Lesson 4-10Goals: Learn fundamentals of the full swing with short irons.
