Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI approach the beginner by learning what other sports they play and demonstrate the similarities. Then I give you a clear demonstration on what you are trying to achieve with the golf club. This is then broken down into its simplest parts to build your confidence, lessen your anxiety and bring the joy!!
Lesson 11+You are ready to play your first round. This will be a huge undertaking. Your nerves will come into play and this is where the lessons kick in. The retinue’s you have learnt will pay great dividends and will help you relax and enjoy the round. You are not there to be an expert none of us are but you have just embarked on a great journey. Keep up with your lessons to gain more skills and confidence. This will help you build the proper habits.
Lesson 4-10You are now hitting the ball to your target and feeling more confident and can identify what you did wrong when you miss!! This is a very important part of the learning process. From here you can practice on your own with purpose.
Lesson 2-3A clear understanding of how the swing looks and feels. You have a routine to prepaid you to make the best swing. You are now making contact with the ball consistently. Now we build on that. It is always a work in progress so be open minded trust the process and see the improvements
