Just did a single lesson with him before he moved out of the area. We met at the driving range for about an hour and I did feel better about my swing but there was definitely some things he could work on that would come with more experience/lessons given. He did let me know before hand that it was one of his first few actual lessons though. But overall he is a great guy, once again just needs some more experience!

Beginner training plan

Your first lessonFirst we'll get familiar with the basics of golf, including understanding the rules, etiquette, and essential equipment. We'll also cover the fundamentals of grip, stance, and basic swings to help you start your golfing journey.

Lesson 11+Finally we'll apply your skills with guided practice sessions, focusing on real-game scenarios. We'll introduce you to advanced techniques like bunker shots and approach shots, and provide personalized feedback to prepare you for competitive play.

Lesson 4-10Now we'll focus on improving your shot accuracy and distance control, practicing with various clubs. We'll work on course management strategies and practice routines to enhance your consistency and confidence.

Advanced training plan

Your first lessonWe'll assess your current skill level, then revisit and perfect your foundational skills if needed. We'll ensure your grip, stance, and swing mechanics are precise and consistent. We'll conduct a thorough assessment of your current play to tailor the lessons to your specific needs.

Lesson 11+Finally we'll develop your mental game with techniques to improve focus, resilience, and strategic thinking during rounds. We'll refine your overall play through intensive practice sessions, video analysis, and personalized feedback to elevate your performance to the next level.

Lesson 4-10Now we'll dive into advanced strategies for course management, focusing on club selection, shot placement, and reading greens. We'll engage in high-intensity drills and practice rounds to simulate competitive conditions and improve your game under pressure.

Lesson 2-3Next we'll Learn and practice advanced shots such as fades, draws, and high spin control. We'll also work on shot selection and situational play to enhance your tactical decision-making on the course.

Youth players

Working with kidsWhen teaching kids, I adapt my lessons to be fun and engaging, using games and activities that make learning enjoyable. I focus on building a strong foundation in the basics while incorporating age-appropriate drills and exercises that keep their interest and energy levels high. Patience and encouragement are key, as I strive to create a positive and supportive environment where young players feel confident and excited to learn.

Working with teenagersWhen teaching teenagers, I adapt my lessons to balance skill development with the social and competitive aspects that appeal to this age group.
