Beginner training plan
Your first lessonCover the basics and provide insight into future game plan. Provide detail and drills to build their foundation. Video the students swing.
Lesson 11+Tailor each lesson to what video of their swing shows the student is deficient in bc the camera does not lie.
Lesson 4-10Drill down into the intricacies of the student’s tendencies. Focus more heavily on how to get the student to hit key positions in order to maximize leverage and face stability.
Lesson 2-3Begin to put together pieces of the swing. Build elements of a swing sequence that has proven success. Major champions formulate their swing around these key swing elements.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonVideo the swing. Work on the transition and traveling the arms to the ball.
