Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFirst I’ll meet and do a swing assessment and find out skill level.
Lesson 11+Playing lessons.
Lesson 4-10From here we’ll start repeating what’s working to get muscle memory down and mechanics.
Lesson 2-3I’ll take what we learned on the first lesson and start practicing what needs work the most. Example could be grip, stance, alignment, balance, swing etc…
