Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI would start with helping my students learn about the proper fundamentals and swing mechanics. Usually many students experience swing mechanics with poor setup and lack of understanding the golf swing. Some of my favorite drill are using practice sticks to help with their golf setup and swing plane.
Lesson 11+Students continue to receive more coaching and help with improving their skills with more practice on the range. Students experience more time with practicing their golf skills consistently and properly. I would help my students by teaching more ways to improve their strengths and weaknesses with any struggles they are experiencing while practicing and playing the game.
