Lesson 11+These lessons will cover a range of subjects such as, spinning strikes, Tempo/timing, combinations, Framing, anti-grappling, grappling concepts, conditioning, breathing, and much more
Lesson 4-10We will cover subjects such as, proper elbow strikes, proper knee strikes, and set ups.
Lesson 2-3We will cover subjects such as, Range, proper kicking form, and Angles
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonWe will analyze and improve your basic striking and defense through a series of concepts and drills to give you the edge over your opponents
Lesson 11+These lessons will be focused on ironing out small details, building on previously learned concepts and techniques, unifying your personalized system, and evolving you as a fighter
Lesson 4-10We will begin hyper focusing on making you as complete of a fighter as possible by sharpening your techniques, making moves second nature, minimizing risk, and maximizing output.
