Beginner training plan
Your first lesson1st approach is to start out with cardio, light weight exercises, to build form, and techniques. It’s important for me, as a trainer, to know what their ideal training plan is, and execute properly.
Lesson 2-32nd. Is advancing the exercises with focus on specific body parts, and developing strength and endurance training
Lesson 4-10Continuing with the plan for building and toning muscle through more intense exercise,adding more cardio to the workout, planning a diet regimen
Lesson 11+Maintaining the program for developing a better body, and increasing the quality of the training program through more effective training methods. The training does not stop, it gets better, with an understanding of what their Ultimate goal should be for the Client.

What you need to bringStudents should bring a desired effort to exercise and achieve their goals in health and wellness.

What I can bringI use Bench press, powerblocks, kettlebells, exercise mats, resists bands, all sorts of weight machines, and Universal Fitness Equipment. The majority of equipment is used at the gyms I workout in.
