Beginner training plan
Your first lessonHow to hold the paddle, contact points and position, how to dink and volley. A quick preview of courts positions, rule and scoring. I like everyone to leave their first lesson walking away being able to play pickleball!
Lesson 11+Advance all the shots, court positioning and strategy.
Lesson 4-10Begin to master previous shots learned. More live game play, court positioning and scoring. Approaching and dominating the net.
Lesson 2-3Review dinks and volleys. Mid court shots, 3rd shot drops. Serves and returns.
