What you need to bringMake sure to bring sunscreen if we are outdoors and water or something to hydrate with. If you don’t have a chance to do dynamic stretches at home, I will show you a five minute dynamic stretch as part of the beginning of the lesson.
What I can bringIdeally bring your own paddle, but if you don’t have one, I will have paddles and pickleballs.
