My wife and I met Erin in December 2022 at a tournament. We were newer players and had never seen such a dominant female player. Beyond that, she was kind. She took an interest in my wife… offering her coaching tips (just to be nice) that day and suggesting they start drilling. My wife now plays 4.5 and Erin has a great coaching eye for minute adjustments that others may not see. She is incredibly encouraging, yet tells it like it is. We appreciate her candor and “Go get after it!” spirit. She will make you better without suggesting you conform. She celebrates the sometimes unconventional aspects that make your play-style unique to you.

Erin is amazing, I worked with her in both group and 1-1 coaching settings and she’s awesome. A lot of attention to detail, breaks down complex things in an easy to understand way, and has great energy. My mechanics have improved so much since working with her and I can hit shots now that I couldn’t before with so much more consistency. I definitely recommend working Erin she’s a 5 Star Coach! 💪🏾🔥🔥

How it works

Beginner training plan

Your first lessonIntro to paddle grip, stance, and court layout. How to serve, return, and rally. Basic rules and scoring. Light hitting & fun gameplay to build confidence Goal: Get comfortable on the court and start rallying!

Lesson 11+Advanced strategies (shot selection, patterns, stacking, resets). Adapting to different playing styles. Targeted drills based on your game. Competitive match play with real-time coaching. Prep for tournaments or league play (if desired) Goal: Refine your game, compete with confidence, and keep growing.

Lesson 4-10Mastering shot selection: drops, drives, dinks. Court awareness and partner communication. Positioning drills & footwork. Strategies for winning points (third shot drop, stacking, etc.). Confidence-building match play with coaching feedback Goal: Be game-ready! Play smart, stay consistent, and have fun.

Lesson 2-3Improving consistency with serve & return. Dinking and basic net play. Understanding positioning and movement. Intro to strategy: when to move up, when to stay back Goal: Start playing short games with more control and understanding.
