• Team Rally Challenge: Work together to achieve rally goals (e.g., 20 consecutive shots).
3. Fun Competition (20 min): Mini-tournament with friendly awards like “Best Hustle” and “Most Improved.”
4. Reflection (10 min): Group discussion on individual progress, highlighting strengths.
5. Cool-Down & Goal Setting (5 min): Gentle stretches and setting personal goals for continued growth.
