Beginner training plan
Your first lessonIn the first lesson, my hope would be able to get to know you and your sports background. We will cover basic rules to the game of Pickleball, the dimensions of the court and how to hold the paddle properly. We will also learn how to do dinks into the kitchen and the basic serve.
Lesson 11+This section would include more event stuff in terms of serving, volley, consistency, and drilling and hitting the ball between your legs.
Lesson 4-10These lessons will consist of all types of lollies, transition zone, variety of serves, team play, strategy, lobs, getting lobs, video, tape, and dissection and feedback.
Lesson 2-3οΏΌ lesson two and three well cover fore hand and back hand hit from the baseline from the transition zone and up close and across the court history of these groundstrokes are important!
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonI would take some time to get to know you as a person and as a player. We will do dynamic stretching because practices and training will be intense and when to prevent injury. οΏΌ we will start with aggressive, dinging skills and drilling.
Lesson 11+This section would be the whole development of not just being good but being great at everything!
