Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI keep it simple, fun, and confidence-focused. We’ll cover the basics quickly, then jump right into hitting so you can start rallying early. I introduce fundamentals like grip, positioning, and control in a natural, easy-to-follow way—no overwhelm. By the end, you’ll understand the game, feel more confident, and actually enjoy playing.
Lesson 11+This is where you elevate from player to competitor. We fine-tune your technique, sharpen your strategy, and focus on advanced concepts like shot anticipation, court awareness, and adapting to different opponents. Sessions are highly game-based with real-time coaching and adjustments. By this stage, you’ll have a clear play style, make confident decisions under pressure, and know how to win points—not just play them.
Lesson 4-10This is where your game really starts to come together. We focus on consistency, shot selection, and strategy—helping you make smarter decisions and control points. You’ll develop a stronger net game, improve your serve and return, and learn how to anticipate and react with confidence. Sessions become more game-based, with live play, situational drills, and real-time coaching. By this stage, you’re not just playing—you’re competing, improving, and building a style of play that fits you.
Lesson 2-3We build on the basics and start creating consistency. You’ll improve your control, footwork, and shot placement while learning key strategies like positioning, dinking, and playing at the net. Drills become more game-like so you can apply what you’re learning in real situations. By the end of these sessions, you’ll be moving with purpose, sustaining rallies, and starting to play smarter—not just harder.
