Beginner training plan
Your first lessonMy beginners lessons start with the basics. You’ll learn how to hold a paddle with the proper grip. You’ll learn how to stand on the court and where to stand and finally will go through some basic strokes, starting with dinks and progressing to serves. We will play points to finish out the session.
Lesson 4-10Game strategy will be the focus of the next lessons.
