The lesson helped me understand how to be more strategic and focus on my weaker shots, which is pretty helpful. Though I still need to practice more, especially on medium and low shots, I leave feeling more confident about my game. It's a good step forward. Honestly, if you're looking to improve your pickleball skills with Jessica, I think it's worth giving it a shot.

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThe first lesson is getting
Comfortable on the court. We work on hand eye coordination, positioning, footwork, learning how to score, and feeling comfortable hitting the ball back-and-forth.
Lesson 11+Lessons 11 and on, we will work towards tournament play. Reinforcing all the previous lessons and getting comfortable, driving the ball and placing it strategically. This is where we really get into mindset training on the court, making sure that every shot we take is a brand new one. Mindset training is going to be the most important when you get advanced. This is how we win Pickelball.
