About your pickleball coach
My name is Jobe and I've been playing pickleball for 6+ years now and have been teaching it for around 4 years. I have a 5.2 dupr and have won many 5.0 tournaments! I used to play for Southern Utah's team and am now moving up to the Salt Lake area! I coach at Paramount Pickleball Club so I can do indoor and outdoor! I teach any level and any age. I also provide and am not limited to - Drills - Lessons - Practice Games - Footage review - Paddle demos - Any other questions!

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonWe will go over the standard rules of the game and introduce some early foundations for swinging.
Lesson 11+I prefer these to be almost student ran. By this time you will know what you would like to work on and maybe some more strategies to differentiate from other players
Lesson 4-10These are a lot more open ended, everyone is different and we will work accordingly on what parts of the game will need the most attention.
Lesson 2-3We go over more strategies and refining the swing by introducing more shots. Lots of drills and repetitive motion to get muscle memory built in.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonWe might look at your swing to see if there is any minor improvements that could benefit your game. Then go over more technical shots.
Lesson 11+Similarly, mostly student ran and find out what they think they want broken down the most
Lesson 4-10Some real play sessions to see how you play in a real life situation. Trying to break in good habits and break bad ones.
Lesson 2-3Lots of drilling and some mindset approaches when it comes to the game. More advanced techniques of deciding when to speed up the game.
