Beginner training plan
Your first lessonWe will go over the basics! Short court, serves, and receiving! Don’t worry, you’ll be great!
Lesson 11+You’re almost a pro! We will just tune up anything that needs to be fixed at this point.
Lesson 4-10I would like you to be confident in the scoring, and the logistics! As well as perfecting your serve and receiving.
Lesson 2-3We will turn it up and not! Work on more speed on your serve, quickness in your reflexes, and footwork.
What you need to bringPaddle if they have one! And water of course!
