Beginner training plan
Your first lesson(Prior to the lesson: Decide on a place and time. This can be any suitable and agreed upon place to play. Indoor and outdoor are both options.) A first lesson is largely dependent on the student. Everyone is different, and the lesson is largely tailored to help the individual or group.
Average lessons start with introductions and an assessment of the student's skill set and understanding of the game.
From there, I give recommendations on what aspects of your game can be improved to make the biggest difference for the individual.
If you are still a novice at the sport, usually the focus is on fundamentals(serves, returns, positions, etc). If you have a good grasp of the fundamentals, I usually recommend working on slightly more advanced techniques.
