Tafe is the most patient and reliable coaches. He has a way of making you work harder than you knew you could. You definitely see an improvement in your game. He teaches consistency without being boring. His drills keep you motivated. He is an excellent coach.

Hi coach, i miss training w/ you! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I'm 14 yrs of age!. I learned so much from Coach T, especially about controlling my shots and understanding how important drills are if I want to get better. At first, the sessions felt a little repetitive, (In which he told me, since I havent had any training.) but it all made sense later when I realized how much more confident and consistent I was becoming. He’s super chill, fun to work with, and you can tell he really knows his stuff. Beyond just hitting shots, he teaches strategy and shares wisdom that makes you see the game differently. If you’re serious about improving and want a coach who’s both knowledgeable and enjoyable to train with, Coach T is the guy.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Coach T was amazing! His training style was precise, challenging, and very effective. I really appreciated how he pushed me to work hard while also teaching smart doubles strategies that completely changed the way I play. At times it was intense, especially since I’m not in the best shape, but I loved every minute because I was learning so much. There were shots I used to avoid because I wasn’t confident, but after his lessons I started practicing them and now I can actually hit them in games with success. It feels so good to see real progress! I highly recommend Coach T to anyone who wants to improve their pickleball game.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I didn’t realize how much I needed help with something as simple as footwork until Coach T broke it down with drills. In just a short time, I felt myself improving and moving smarter on the court. The training sessions were definitely challenging, sometimes hardcore, but in a good way, because it showed me where I needed to get back in shape. I liked how he worked with both my wife and me, not only individually but also as partners, teaching us how to play more efficiently and strategically together. His coaching is consistent, focused, and really pays off.

Beginner training plan

Your first lessonIntroduction to the basics of Pickleball (simplified explanation). e.g. rules, scoring, and equipment. Well discover fundamental skills such as grip, stance, and really simple strokes as we get you started off in the right foot.

Lesson 11+At this stage we will work on incorporating all the strategies and techniques learned from the previous lessons. With that you will be out to the test with some gameplay that is guided of course. We will se what you've learned in this stage. You will learn some more advanced shots like lobs, spins, back slices, and fine tune the overall aspect and game performance to get you ready and confident for competitive play.

Lesson 4-10In this area I always like to refresh and redo most drills with shorter time duration. Then cone drills at kitchen to, transition zone and also shading system. This is moving as one with partner. We will also focus on shot placements and accuracy. We will also look at some key strategies for single or doubles play. As we progress we can work on volleys sinks and tactical strategies to promote confidence and effectiveness in your game.

Lesson 2-3Here we will revisit and continue to build on your initial and refine the forehand and backhand strokes and work on serving consistency. Then we will take a look at court position and some easy to learn footwork that will help to enhance your game.

Advanced training plan

Your first lessonWe will revisit current skill levels and also working on perfecting your your foundational skills as needed.

Lesson 11+At this stage we will work on incorporating all the strategies and techniques learned from the previous lessons. With that you will be put to the test with some guided gameplay. We will see how much you have learned as well. You will learn some more advanced shots strategies like the Ernie shots or when to poach, ATP's, and fine tune the overall aspect and game performance to get you ready and confident for competitive play.

Lesson 4-10In this area I always like to refresh and redo most drills with shorter time duration. We will also focus on shot placements and accuracy with a higher tempo and speed. We will also learn some more advanced footwork drills and cardio.

Youth players

Working with kidsAs I worked with kids in other sports there were some things that I wanted to do that made sense for them but also engagingly fun as well. We will definitely focus on building strong foundational skills and aspects. The drills and exercises will be age appropriate that helps to keep the energy levels at a high. The key to accomplishing this is with Patience and encouragements.

Working with teenagersAs I work with teenagers the skills and exercises are more advanced but yet still age appropriate. I will adapt my lessons to the skill level and social aspects the will appeal to this age group. The drills and techniques as I mentioned will be more advanced. But at the same time fostering a supportive and collaborative environment that encourages teamwork and peer learning. The teens will mature in skills and confidence while focusing on physical fitness and strategies. They will step into gameplay ready and equipped to showcase their abilities and capabilities. They will also be more creative with their gameplay and their abilities.
