Beginner training plan

Your first lessonAnalyze your serve, forehand and backhand, volleys and all around net play. Work on the one that needs the most work day 1.

Lesson 11+Increase overall rating by 1/2 point.

Lesson 4-10Maximize time with a lot of repetition and develop a two handed backhand if desired. This is my specialty!

Lesson 2-3Learn soft hands and strategic third shot drive or drop or push.

Advanced training plan

Your first lessonMy two handed backhand is the best in the villages. Learn the proper footwork to begin to develop or improve your two handed weapon.

Lesson 11+Learning the poach the Ernie the bag and the Nasty Nelson.

Lesson 4-10Taking the proper lines of attack and footwork for defense.
