Your first lessonThis first lesson is all about building confidence and having FUN while learning the fundamentals of pickleball. We’ll cover proper grip, basic rules, court positioning, and how to serve and return the ball consistently. You’ll also get hands-on rally practice so you can start playing right away. The goal is to create a strong foundation, improve comfort on the court, and set you up for long-term success in a fun, supportive environment by setting up games at your current level
Lesson 11+Lessons 11 and On: Advanced Play, Refinement & Competitive Growth
These advanced lessons are focused on refining your skills and elevating your overall game to a competitive level. You’ll continue to improve shot selection, consistency, and court awareness while adding more advanced strategies such as speed-ups, counters, and controlled aggression. Training will emphasize adapting to different playing styles, managing high-pressure points, and making smarter in-game decisions. We’ll also focus on fine-tuning doubles chemistry, anticipation, and movement efficiency. Each session combines targeted drills with competitive game play to challenge you and reinforce growth. The goal is to help you become a confident, adaptable player who can consistently perform and compete at a higher level.
Lesson 4-10These lessons are designed to take your pickleball game beyond the basics and build real consistency, control, and strategy. You’ll develop key skills such as dinking, third-shot drops, volleys, serving with purpose, and defensive resets, while learning how to stay calm and effective under pressure. As you progress, we’ll also focus on doubles teamwork, communication, and smart court positioning. Each session includes guided drills and live game play to help you apply what you’ve learned in real situations. The goal is to strengthen your overall game, improve decision-making, and build confidence so you can compete and play at a higher level with consistency and control.
Lesson 2-3In these lessons, we focus on developing control and consistency in your shots. You’ll learn how to keep rallies going longer, improve your dinks, and understand shot placement rather than power. We’ll also introduce basic third-shot strategy and help you start thinking more tactically during points. The goal is to become more comfortable under pressure and reduce unforced errors.
