oh man those drills was a killer, my thighs are hurting. definitely made me sweat! as always I appreciate all the tips.
only way to get better is for everyone to tell me what I'm doing wrong! I really like how u guys provide me pointers, I'm trying and will eventually get there.

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI would ask questions and do test skills to see where or what level you are at using the USA pickleball skill sheet guidelines. Examples are do you know the rules in serving, playing at the kitchen, etc..
Lesson 11+Working on to skills to advance to 4.0 level.
Lesson 4-10We will be doing drills to help you be consistent in playing the game of pickleball. Types of hit, positioning , offense and defense plays.
Lesson 2-3Work on skills such as serving, playing the kitchen, punching, volleying.. etc..
