I learned so much from Veronica. Patience and aggressive dinking especially. I would highly recommend a lesson from her she has a ton of knowledge and is a very good player to learn from.

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFor a first lesson we first want to get comfortable making good contact with the ball and having a good ready position
Lesson 11+At 11+ lessons we will work on a little bit of everything so you can be a strong well rounded player
Lesson 4-104th lesson we will work on more aggressive dinking, court coverage and anticipation
Lesson 2-3For a 2nd/3rd lesson we will work on drops drives/serves
