Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFocus on what position they play and working on mastering the basics and fundamentals. Focus on the small details to make them smoother while on the ball.
Lesson 11+Still fundamentals work. More emphasis on position specific training, passing, dribbling, finishing, defending.
Lesson 4-10Emphasis on fundamentals since they build you and build players confidence. Building habits for position and game situations. Showing them different types of techniques to use in different situations such as shooting or passing.
Lesson 2-3More work on mastering basics and fundamentals, start showing and explaining to them things their specific position might need to do or skills sets they can add.
Youth players
Working with kidsMake in overly simplified with movements and explanations showing them examples with close detail but making it fun so they laugh and enjoy
Working with teenagersAttention to detail on fundamentals. Start advancing their game knowledge and IQ. Build long term habits to develop making it easy to pick up these habits.
