Cameron was a very good coach, he has a solid understanding of what players need to reach their maximum potential. He helped me prepare for my season which I scored over 10 goals in!!

Cam helped me prepare for my D1 college season, I had a lot of small details I needed to work on. Cam knew all the right exercises to make sure I was sharp for the season.

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonIntroductory lessons, we see where you are in terms of each skill set so coach knows where strengths & weaknesses are.
Lesson 11+This will be dependent upon progress rate.
Lesson 4-10We are in the flow, improving each session and increasing the difficulty as we progress.
Lesson 2-3We immediately begin establishing our foundations in our lessons as well as our progressive work.
