Beginner training plan

Your first lessonFun & Comfort : The goal is for them to leave feeling excited about learning, not overwhelmed Fundamentals : keep the focus on ball control, basic passing , and simple movement. Avoid overloading them with complex skills too early. Positive experience: emphasise that making mistakes is a normal part of learning. Building confidence in themselves and the sport is key at this stage

Lesson 11+By the end of the session 11 and beyond please I’ve owned their skills and understanding of more soccer techniques and strategies that improve their ability to read the game making quick decisions based on the flow of players will work on combination including giving goal passes and creating scoring opportunities through teamwork, they will develop a deep understanding of the roles within the team whether attacking defending or transitioning between both. Focus will be placed on improving fitness positioning and communication on the field through continued practice in game like scenarios players were gain confidence and executing their skills under pressure and be ready for more competitive match environments.

Lesson 4-10By the end of sessions four through 10 players would’ve mastered Morvine skills and tactical concepts.
