About your soccer coach

With two years dedicated to guiding soccer enthusiasts, I use dynamic soccer training designed to help players build confidence, sharpen technique, and play with more energy and purpose. Sessions focus on dribbling, ball control, passing, receiving, shooting, and smart decision-making in a positive, encouraging environment. Private training and small group training are both available, allowing each session to be tailored to the player’s level, goals, and learning style. The goal is to help every player improve, compete, and have fun while developing a stronger love for the game.

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonMy first lesson with a beginner is focused on comfort, confidence, and basic ball familiarity. I start with simple touches, dribbling, and control exercises so the player can get comfortable with the ball at their feet. I keep the session fun and encouraging, introduce one or two key ideas at a time, and make sure the player leaves feeling successful.
Lesson 11+In the remaining lessons, a beginner can expect more game-like training and more opportunities to apply skills under pressure. I focus on improving confidence with the ball, playing in small-sided games, and helping players make better decisions as they gain experience. The lessons stay fun, but the challenge increases so the player keeps growing throughout the season.
Lesson 4-10From the fourth through tenth lessons, a beginner can expect steady progression into more complete soccer skills and game situations. I continue developing dribbling, ball control, passing, receiving, turning, and shooting, while adding more movement, decision-making, and competition. The sessions stay encouraging and active, with the goal of helping each player improve, gain confidence, and enjoy the game.
Lesson 2-3By the second and third lessons, a beginner can expect more repetition of the basics with a little more challenge. I build on ball control, dribbling, stopping the ball, turning, and simple direction changes, while still keeping the activities fun and easy to understand. I also start introducing small games or partner work so the player begins using the skills in a more realistic setting.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonI start with a fast-paced session that gets players comfortable on the ball right away. The focus is on clean technique, confidence, and keeping the energy high with simple, competitive activities.
Lesson 11+By this point, the players are combining skills faster and with more confidence. I keep the training challenging and fun while pushing them to make better decisions under pressure.
Lesson 4-10These lessons build into more advanced, game-like training. I work on first touch, passing, turning, 1v1 play, shooting, and using both feet in competitive activities.
Lesson 2-3I add more pressure, movement, and decision-making while reinforcing the basics. Players begin using their skills in small games and more realistic soccer situations.
Youth players
Working with kidsI adapt lessons for kids by keeping instructions simple, demonstrations short, and activities fun and active. I use lots of ball touches, small games, and quick coaching cues so players stay engaged and keep learning without long lectures. I also adjust the pace based on the group, giving extra help to beginners while challenging the more experienced players.
Working with teenagersI adapt lessons for teenagers by making the training more detailed, competitive, and decision-based. I explain the “why” behind the drills, give players more responsibility, and use game-like activities that challenge technique, awareness, and speed of play. I still keep coaching positive and direct, but I expect more focus, effort, and accountability.
