Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFirst lesson we will touch on the basics of goalkeeper. Can you catch a ball? How’s your diving? Can you take a goal kick? My goal is to make you uncomfortable and challenged so you actually improve
Lesson 11+During these lessons we will master ball distribution from punts and the ground. Will teach you spread save and side volley to attract good college coaches
Lesson 4-10We will perfect diving during these lessons, making sure we are athletic and ensuring good form to prevent injuries. Also this will greatly improve shot stopping ability.
