Beginner training plan
Your first lessonDuring the first soccer lesson, we’ll focus on having fun and introducing some basic skills like dribbling and passing. As we go, I’ll pay attention to where each child might need improvement so I can help them develop their skills in a way that’s enjoyable and encouraging. The goal is to build their confidence and love for the game from the very beginning!
Lesson 11+For lesson 11 and beyond, we’ll focus on refining the skills they’ve learned and introducing more advanced techniques like ball control under pressure, accurate shooting, and strategic passing. We’ll also work on game tactics, positioning, and teamwork through more structured small-sided games and match scenarios. Each session will challenge them to grow while keeping it enjoyable, helping them gain confidence, improve their game awareness, and develop a strong love for soccer!
