Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFirst Lesson is all about getting down the basics to first understand what different types of actions are done in a football game such as passing, dribbling, shooting, and defending.
Lesson 11+The remaining lessons will consist of perfecting those prioritized skills and adding challenges to see just where the improvement is needed.
Lesson 4-10Lessons 4-10 will consist of ball movement on and off the ball while scanning the field. Moving confidently on the ball while learning skill moves that are very effective and easy in game. Constant shooting with different variables to make it more difficult. Training on different types of shots whether it is from outside or inside the box. We will be working on constant ball control to improve that first and second touch when it comes to passing or shooting.
Lesson 2-3The second and third lesson will consist of some more basics to constantly improve and then slowly start building towards some more in depth actions such as ball control, agility, balance, and speed.
Youth players
Working with kidsI work great with kids mostly since I coach an academy team which holds 4-7 year olds. I’m very generous and kind, I listen to hear them and make sure I understand them or atleast try to but then draw their attention to training. I work even greater with kids who want to train and become better !
Working with teenagersI work great with teens as well since I have coached teenagers and I treat them like adults who want to become a better player and in being that also a better person. I get close to my players so they understand that I really do care about them and want what is best for them on and off the pitch to become the best version of themselves.
