I work with first touch and passing first. These fundamentals are a must have before anything. In a match you can have a good performance with just these basics.
Lesson 11 will be overall athleticism training, I will make players faster, stronger, explosive, and more durable for games.
Lesson 4 will be awareness! I will train your body and mind to always look around when receiving the ball. This will minimize the amount of touches you have to take and also help with you getting away from traffic areas.
Lesson 5 will be shooting, whether you’re a defender, midfielder, striker, or keeper, its best to know shooting fundamentals, I will perfect your shooting form and get rid of bad habits.
Lesson 6 will be defense even if you’re a forward. I will teach the correct body stance for defense and when and when not to close in on the player with the ball.
Lesson 7 will be more advanced passing whether is lob passes or through balls, this lesson will change you into a player that can decide games.
Lesson 8 will work on your weak foot, while in every lesson we will work on improving your weak foot this will solely focus on that so you are confident with both feet during pressure situations.
Lesson 9
I will teach you skill moves and body feints, its essential to know these to manipulate the opposing player, this can advance your dribbling and turn you to a multidimensional player.
Lesson10
I will train you for every single in game situation, we will do scrimmages and do scenarios where you are in uncomfortable positions with no solutions. This will prepare you for real matches.
Ball control and dribbling, these are essentials, I will teach you how to shield the ball and dribble in tight and pressure situations.
