Beginner training plan
Your first lessonIntroduction is very important. I also get to know their strengths and weaknesses and what they think they should work on. After the sessions I give them my opinion and where I believe they need improvement.
Lesson 11+Focusing on specific parts of their game and what they are good at. Perfecting that and also building on their weaknesses.
Lesson 4-10Building on what we have been training, adding in complexity and harder drills.
